A Buyer's Agent is a licensed real estate agent that represents homebuyers in real estate transactions. Any real estate agent can help you to buy a home, but an Exclusive Buyer's Agent only helps homebuyers and NEVER represents sellers*. So, when you use me as your Exclusive Buyer's Agent for your Avondale home purchase, you can be assured that I will never represent the seller*. The real estate industry was previously representing the Seller, exclusively, leaving home buyers unprotected & unrepresented.
